I'm still holding out hope that Big Frank will be ready to actually play and has somehow developed (at least in his mentality and has kept up with his work-out/weight conditioning in his extended rehab.) He could be an x-factor and this will be what equates to his contract year.

Johnson knew that he would have to be playing at a high level to justify the last year's of his contract coupled with a couple of restructures that pushed more money down the road. We carried him the last year or two and he wants to win a Lombardi. He already got his huge contract so money isn't the issue. He wants to play here and isn't doing it for free. But it wasn't about the money anymore. But it was before he became so rich. His veteran leadership will be important this year.
