55 Million for Having Your Vajayjay filmed Through a Motel Room Peep Hole

She should get a judgement since there were proven to be holes in the hotel's security, and the fact that the guy basically set up shop outside of her door to set up his little camera and no one said anything. 55 million as usual is a ridiculous amount. No one died, and her career actually took off after.

I know you are a fugged up, lonely human being, but this is low even for you. Are you seriously trying to justify what she went through and say it was a cry for attention?

the women's privacy was invaded, and in the worst way. Her nude body was filmed for the world to see without her permission. And you're judging how she looks as a host vs how she looks in a court room? Seriously?

Get the fug outta here pyscho

I agree.  It's one thing when these celebs take nude selfies or videos and then can't believe it ends up online.  They know they are running a certain risk (or should know) of the photos being found.

I like how you took what you want out of that. Aren't you supposed to be banned or doing some TMZ related thread?

1/2 of money is coming from the guy...so there's 28 million she will never see.

28 million will be split between the two hotel companies.

1/2 or even more will go to her attorneys. So lets say she gets half of that...

14 million to her after legal fees...

Since the IRS gets their hands in the pot because damages for emotional distress is taxed. The % depends on where the case was heard.

So after taxes, she's lucky to see 10 digits or more of that 55 million.

Yeah, doubt she'll see much of that.  It's more about punishing the offenders.

Speculation I've read is that the opposing lawyers used the "but this made you more famous" argument and pissed off the jury by doing so.  Florio pointed out that awards this big don't generally come around unless somebody really pissed off the judge or jury during the trial.

"BAH I LIKE HOW YOU ONLY POINTED OUT THE BAD PARTS OF WHAT I SAID"

You made up what you wanted to think. As the only thing I said was that no one knew who she was before this, she looked very plain on the stand, and she'd never be able to take a football to the head. But I imagine critical thinking is hard for someone of your limited capacity. Perhaps you should be operating fair rides or sweeping a Burger King parking lot?

So when you think about it, she really is a victim in all of this :)

Your comment: "She was nobody before this happened and now she's everywhere. And playing all the games she could with the jury" comes off sounding like you are saying this was some sort of publicity stunt that she is milking for attention. I'm not the only one who gathered that from your statement.

And too late, I have a daughter - and with the morals you seem to portray, I hope you never bring a son into this world that thinks this sort of stuff can be laughed off or chalked up as a publicity stunt for her sake. We don't need anymore of that in this world.

Oh, and if Erin Andrews - one of the most polarizing figures in sports news broadcasting was considered a "nobody" before this happened, what the hell do you refer to yourself as? A complete waste of life?

So many liberties taken. Yet you can't move on. You're looking to be a victim. I'm sure you're a great parent. I'm done with you.
