Stephen Hill re-signed on one year deal

Never been on the Hill bandwagon, but damn I'd love to see him turn into something.  Even if it's just a bigger version of Ginn. Shocked he's still just 24, so hopefully something clicks this offseason.

It's worth taking a risk on him. He's got good size, speed and athleticism. I could see him making the roster if he stays healthy and plays well through preseason.

KB, Funchess, Ginn, a healthy Hill, plus one or two other receivers looks good to go. Though it's probably an uphill battle for him to make the roster if we draft a younger receiver in the Ted Ginn/Tyler Lockett mold.

Glad to hear this.  He seemed to be improving, but he got hurt before we could see any of him in the preseason.  Cam and Proehl like the guy apparently.  Him going through rehab with Kelvin couldn't hurt either.  Hell of a bond.

With his speed, he can be very valuable as another true deep threat. 

Would be nice f9r him t9 develop, and not have ro draft a speedy receiver.

Considering he sucks, tore his ACL, and got busted for drugs...I'm becoming a fan. I'm curious what else can happen.

Will be interesting to see how he turns out. Went to Ga Tech and they don't really run an offense that helps develop receivers. Calvin Johnson was just a freak. Then he went to the Jets and there was not really much there to help him develop either. Some time with Proehl and QB willing to get him the ball may be what he has always needed.
