Fans are hypocrites, matter of fact your one of those hypocrites. If we bring in a Mike Wallace you would start praising Gettleman like a genius when a couple thread backs you were slandering Wallace.

Fact is almost everyone was saying it's about time he got cut.

Maybe the fans you hang with but not almost everyone.

Pop quiz kid. Why did fans think he should get cut?

Yeah, this poo isnt that hard to understand. He needed to get cut cuz he was making more than he was worth.  But he took a smaller deal and came back, and that changed.  Not sure why people can't comprehend that

"People" can.

It's this kid that doesn't get it, or much of anything else from what I've seen.

Bullchit go to the charges forum, they want to move on from Weddle. I'm almost positive you didn't see one charges game all of last season. Weddle is washed up all those other guys were in there primes

Go back and read it before he was fined for watching his daughter perform at halftime during what he already knew was his last home game in SD.

Go back and read the Chargers forum before they IR'd him out of spite, while not being injured.

So Weddle is washed up, and should be on the shelf...want to ask around about Harrison and Seau and them being washed up and the Chargers letting them walk?

Let it go kid, you are over your head.

I can go back to the end of last season and by then you can tell Weddle was on the decline, you have to be a delusional blind moron not see it, if Weddle was as good as you claim he would have never been cut or had a big money contract by now.

Lol more comparisons, Harrison was still in his 20s and Seau is a linebacker with a longer shelf life. Any more bright comparisons I can shut down?

Oh and it looks like he staying in California, to bad boyo

Weddle rated #2 coverage FS in the league last year....

Weddle's team choice is going to come down to his confidence in the Raiders IMO.  If he thinks they have a window opening to win a SB in the next 3 years, he goes there. He gets to stay in Cali, make more money, play the Chargers twice, familiar division, yada yada.

But, his head is probably saying "okay, maybe you should take less money and chase a ring" in Carolina, New England, Pittsburgh, etc. I still don't think we get him, but cautiously optimistic.

The difference between the shine of San Diego and $hit of Oakland is VAST, in many ways.  Not to mention the distance between the two cities is about the same as Charlotte and Cincinnati.  I hope his new nickname isn't "scarecrow"-if I only had a brain-and he sees what he'd be turning down assuming we give him a fair offer.
