Sorry to hear it.

Had a drunk redneck slam his baked potato in my hand my 2nd week waiting tables, when HE screwed up and put sour cream instead of butter in it. Cussed me out, and then proceeded to clean he and his family's plates onto the table before he left. Oh yeah, ate his whole damn well done steak covered in ketchup and bitched until he got it for free.  I love people.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and PMs. I'm slowly coming to terms with it.

I actually have had something else lined up for a while now. Barring a shocker in the university budget, I should be hired on as a professor of anthropology at UNCG this fall, which has been my plan all along. I just really needed the bartending gig to last a few more months until I graduate, and I had intended to use it as a part-time gig after that since adjunct positions don't pay very well.

@pstall I didn't get a tweet, @stirs I'm in Greensboro, @Kevin Greene and @ARSEN my income gets declared for me based on sales percentage, so I was dumping pretty heavily into the system. North Carolina's slackers are going to miss the fruits of my labor

Now that's what I'm talking about. I hope this position leads to everything you've worked for.

Just find outside magazine on tweeter. They want to hire some journalists to travel the world. And make money doing it.

Congrats on the position.  That is very impressive.  You are very smart and talented.  I hope everything falls into place financially for you.

We're all fugged now. PhillyB is going to be teaching young minds how to speak using lots of words over 5 syllables that you need a dictionary to understand.

All they need to know is, Panthers rock, Falcons suck, and fug the Taints.
