Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Chargers are re-signing veteran TE Antonio Gates.

All indications have been that Gates was likely to return to the Chargers and finish out his career in San Diego, so this isn’t a huge surprise.

Welp Raiders got Sean Smith, I'm usually not a fan of throwing money around but they went to get really solid additions in Irvin, Smith and the olineman. Then they'll add Aldon Smith in week 6 with Mack and Irvin.
