Cardinals are said to be making a big push for Bruce Irvin.  That'd certainly make those Cards-Seahawks divisional games interesting.

By the way, my favorite memory of Irvin is watching him celebrate his big sack in the regular season game, followed up by his dull-witted "Duh, what happened" expression after Greg Olsen scored the winning TD.

Mike Garafolo reports that the Giants aren’t the only team looking to sign DE Jason Pierre-Paul to a one-year contract.
According to Garafolo, other teams and even Pierre-Paul himself are considering a one-year opportunity.

Re: impending UFA #Chargers CB Patrick Robinson, I’m told the #Giants, #Eagles, #Bears, #Dolphins among teams showing preliminary interest.

Robinson could prove to be a decent value signing for a team in the market for cornerback help, as he’s coming off of a pretty good season in San Diego.

Robinson, 27, is a former first-round pick of the Saints back in 2010. He played out his rookie contract for the Saints before signing a one-year deal withe Chargers last year.

In 2015, Robinson appeared in all 16 games for the Chargers and recorded 49 tackles, one interception, a forced fumble and eight pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 30 cornerback out of 111 qualifying players.

Josina Anderon of ESPN reports that veteran DE Charles Johnson has finished his meeting with the Giants without an agreement on a contract.

He’ll now travel to Tampa Bay in the coming days to visit with the Buccaneers.

Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the Buccaneers have already expressed interest in Jets free agent RB Chris Ivory.

  • According to Stroud, Dolphins free agent RB Lamar Miller is also expected to be a target of the Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers are probably lining up some back up options in the event free agent RB Doug Martin departs in free agency.

#Colts TE Dwayne Allen confirms to me he is re-siging with the team on a 4-year deal worth $29.4M.

@JosinaAnderson
#Colts TE Dwayne Allen to me on why he chose to stay with the team: "I knew this was home and with their offer they confirmed that to me."

------
Allen receives a four-year, $29.4 million deal that will pay him $12 million in year one and a total of $17 million through year two.
This is an impressive haul for Allen, given that he hasn’t exactly been the most productive player since entering the NFL.

The Colts also have TE Coby Fleener as a free agent, so it will be interesting to see if they allow him to walk in the coming days.

Thinking Tennessee has a chance to have a sleeper team next year now.  Are thy building in our mold on the offensive side?  Mobile QB with two young 6'4"+ WR's and another young 5'10" in Kendall Wright (who may be exactly the type of player we are looking into with Sterling Shepard in the draft.)  Add in a back who can be lethal in pass or run game.  Take Laremy in the draft and they can have a good shot at winning the worst division in football.  Yes, the WORST.  Peyton Manning played in the division the last time it had more than 26 combined wins, in 2010.  Our own division had less than 30 wins only twice during that period.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports is hearing that the Broncos’ offer to free agent QB Brock Osweileris actually $13 million per year.

However, Denver is reportedly willing to increase up to $15 million annually as part of a new contract.

La Canfora adds that we’ll have to see if the Texans make a push to land Osweiler, which some have said is a serious possibility.

Another issue is that other teams around the league have a ton of cap space to work with, so if top dollar is a big consideration for Osweiler, the Broncos may have a difficult time being competitive and addressing other roster needs.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mike Klis of 9News reports that the Bears, Jaguars, Raiders and Broncos all expressed “serious interest” in signing free agent DL Malik Jackson on Monday.

None of the teams are all that surprising, seeing as they’ve been connected to Jackson for some time now. However, this appears to be his market, barring another team getting involved on Tuesday or before the start of the 2016 league year on Wednesday.

Troy Renck of the Denver Post previously mentioned that the Broncos have made Jackson an offer of around $11 million per year to return to Denver, but he’s reportedly seeking $14 million to $15 million per season with a guarantees that would top Chargers DL Cory Liuget’s $30.477 million.

According to Renck, the Jaguars are considered the favorite to sign Jackson, due to the amount of cap space they have to work with.

I hope they lose all there players in Fa , Would not hurt my feelings at all .

Raiders making strong push for OL Kelechi Osemele. I'd call them the favorites. As I tweeted earlier, it'll be for more than $10m per year.
