Was really expecting/hoping he would restructure.  Gettleman doesn't play around and while it may suck that attitude is going to keep us successful and competitive for a long time.

Didn't love the Ealy pick when it happened but Gettleman is drafting with foresight and building a roster that can win now and later. Lots of pressure on Ealy to step-up now and looking forward to him growing into his full-time starter role next season. Anxious to see who we add in free agency at the position and who we draft to bolster the DE position. Dave loves his pass rushers so it's a forgone conclusion that will be a heavy emphasis in both FA and the draft. 

Will miss Big Money CJ! He had some great years in Charlottte and we got a great player for a 3rd round selection. Good luck Chuck!

Happy trails Charles. You were a nice player for us and I hope you can regain some of that form in a new spot. But kudos to Getts for pulling the trigger. Let's restock the bottom of the roster

I think this is for the best, not just for the cap space, but also for the locker room. He complained about playing time on Twitter. It could be due to frustration caused by his lack of stats, but you still can't do that. He has been great for our team, it just feels like his time.
