I had a 180 degree tear of my labrum a few years ago...let me tell you, the recovery from that operation was the most painful poo I have ever been thru in my whole life. Now Luke's injury and surgery could be completely different, but I imagine he was really hurting there for a while. Good news is that once it's fixed and healed up it is a non factor. They made my left shoulder so tight that I have to struggle to get my arm above my head...
