If love to have him at the right price.  Evidently we were interested in signing Peppers if GB hadn't snagged him.  I wouldn't automatically write off Super Mario due to age.

Whose fault are those comments? The person who started the thread or the people making the stupid comments? If they didn't have this to cling to threads would just be full of 'not this poo again' 'why is this a thread' 'i hate my life' like every thread.

I wouldn't mind getting Williams for the right price.  Right price being the key phrase.  I don't think he was properly utilized at Buffalo, and might have something to prove.

Coples definitely seems like the more likely Gettleman signing.  He loves his reclamation projects and we have a great track record with them.  Ginn (twice), Oher, Mike Mitchell.  He also loves his aging vets who may have something left in the tank but have been written off like Harper, Cotchery, Peanut, etc. The two types of free agents we haven't signed under Gettleman are young elite talents that are going to sign huge deals and big name vets at the end of their prime likely on the decline and likely to be overpaid based on name.  Mario fits the latter.  But, again, evidently we were poised to sign Peppers before GB got him, so I can't say for sure we wouldn't pursue Mario.
