I wouldn't go as far as saying dumb. There were legitimate concerns. Take that pick against the Browns and then the fumble. That was a microcosm of his career up to that point. Nobody ever doubted his talent (or the ones who did were dumb) it was about putting it all together consistently. Lots of people have had stretches of really good games like Josh at the end of 2014. 2015 was when there was no doubt he made the jump.
