Outside of williams, That OL depth is very suspect. I hope they pickup a nice young C in the draft and find a good vet C\OG type. Scott isn't a C. Remmers is still a question there too. Find Kalil future replacement in 3-7 rounds.

LP, Got to address star and KK too. Plus I don't see the guys cutting Brandon wearger, Teddy Willams or Collin jones. Those would kill a already deadish STs.

I think Wegher could crack the 53-man roster or be put on the PS.  No reason to keep Jones and I wasn't impressed with T. Williams.

As for the o-line, Amini played well when Norwell went down, Velasco & Scott are just cheap, experienced guys for depth.  Once Kalil retires, Remmers could be moved to Center and Williams would be our new starter at RT.  Can't forget about David Yankey, it's possible he could beat out Scott for the RG position.

I don't know LP, I believe this past year the panthers where so lucky in regards to depth at OL. dodged a bullet and didn't need much except couple starts form amini(who looked great and I'm the #1 hater of him) and one form velasco(weak team). Both oher and remmers nearly played every snap.

I don't trust amini (injuries)or Scott. Velasco, I wouldn't be shocked if he retires. Making remmers the heir to Kalil, that's a hard sell for me too. Now you mention yankely, I called him the best by far the best 5th round steal in his draft. I thought he'd go in 2nd and couldn't believe he lasted that long..... We'll see but expect new faces of OL depth minus Williams.

I will state this - its frenchie's make or break year. Be great if he was ready to be a swing T. Nate Chandler, in the past I was a supporter, now he's like amini cannot be trusted cause he's always hurt.

Yeah, I'll be quite interested to see what 2 years of coaching and practice have done in terms of developing Foucault.  The guy's a giant.  It would be great if this is a project player who turns into solid depth for us.  If I had to choose between Amini and Chandler,  I'd keep Amini.  He looked pretty solid as a backup at guard.  But yes, his injury history makes it a bit hard to really trust we'll get a full season out of him.
