Draft a Kicker in the First Round?

I for one believe it is a terrible idea and the Raiders havent made the playoffs in 13 years so to use them as a model is only good for if you are doing it as a "what not to do"

Gano is pretty good as far as kickers go.

A clutch kicker could make a difference in a close game

I would not post endlessly and be a COW about the pick,..but I would be quiet and pissed off.   If this kicker started making all 60 yarders, never missed anything, ran a fake punt like a running back, and threw a forward pass to win a Superbowl on 4th and 12,...

Then I might look back and say great call,..

Thats what it would take.  Kick, run, throw touchdowns,.. otherwise,......no.
