You have to test positive 4 times to get suspended for 4 games. I believe 5 times for 10 games.

The testing (and four games suspension) NFL does is the laughing stock of the non-us world.

Olympic standards (two years minimum at first offense, testing unannounced at any time and you have to report your whereabouts every day of the year) is the norm elsewhere. Not that the NFL care or are interested in catching more than a few to show they make some effort. So unless you are really dumb you can take any PEDs you want and not risk getting caught.
