Hornets were winners at the trade deadline

If we would've got Dwight we would've been huge winners, but getting Courtney Lee with MKG going down for the season was massive.  We only gave up mediocre ass PJ Hariston, and a backup for the backup PG in Brian Roberts (he got traded again yesterday).  Not a bad trade deadline for the team.  Now if only we can hit on a draft pick, please.

Yeah we got s guy and didn't give up much to anything. We also didn't throw away assets on a rental, which I had a fear of.

out of all the assets/players that were moved before the deadline yesterday, I feel we got the 2nd best player:

1. Tobias Harris (DET gave up Jennings and Illyasova)
2. Courtney Lee (CHA gave up PJ and Roberts)
3. Jeff Green (LAC gave up Lance Stephenson and 1st rd pick)
4. Markief Morris (WAS gave up Blair and Humphries)
5. Channing Frye (Cavs gave up Varejao 1st & 2nd rd picks)

when looking at it like that- I think we clearly won the trade deadline sweepstakes..

Getting dwight would have been a loss. Thats why nobody traded for him. Would have been foolish

we only offered Al and Hawes.. if Hoston bit on that at the last minute and we got Dwight - would that have been foolish to you?

You make my point. Nobody offered Houston anything of value because Dwight isn't worth it.

for what Houston said they wanted, we would not have been winners with dwight.  he would have been gone after the season anyway.
