I don't believe it! Granted, we can get more bang for the buck in other places but rest assure, a true speed, deep threat that can catch and command double teams would take this Offense to another level. Are we going to lose games cause we disguised Ginn and Philly as that guy? Heck no.

But pleaaaasssseeee, don't claim we are "stacked".

Benjamin,  Funchess, Ginn,  Brown, Bersin,  Hill. I mean... Seriously?  Benjamin makes this wr Corp better.

4) Margus Hunt - CIN - The 6'8" behemoth is 3rd on the RDE spot. Would love to see him play his potential with us. In 2013 he signed a 4 year, $3,671,102 contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, including a $1,049,892 signing bonus, $1,049,892 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $917,776. In 2016, Hunt will earn a base salary of $855,604 and a workout bonus of $50,000. Hunt has a cap hit of $1,168,077 while his dead money value is $262,473.

Does CIN run a 4-3 defense?  Or a 3-4?

I agree, we aren't stacked at WR at this point, although we might be in a couple of years if Funchess and Benjamin continue to improve.  But the number of receivers who can do those things consistently are relatively rare, and they tend to be very expensive.  If we can pick up one in the draft, great.  Otherwise, I am not sure they would be worth the cap hit/limits to our ability to sign good players at other positions.

Yeah, I'm not up for chasing a FA that is number 1, but I certainly wouldn't be mad if we draft multiple WRs the next few years looking for that guy

Ginn and Brown played quite well down the stretch.  I drop here and there but all receivers have them.

Brown is going to be a Pro Bowler on day.  He is getting better and better every year.  I love his route running and his hands have improved greatly.

Benji does and Funchess shows potential but everyone else would struggle to even make the cut on 31 other teams. I'm not worried about WR but we are far from stacked

Philly shows promise and I hope you are right.

We have bigger room for growth on the team than at WR, but let's not start making things up, such as being stacked at WR

Lol. You need to get with the times. Last year's stats count from here on out. Ginn coming off a career year, Brown being a great #3. Funchess getting it late in the season. I'm not even talking about Olsen since this is just WR talk. I have not even mentioned KB coming back, oh wait... KB is coming back!  How is this even a discussion.  Ginn and Brown may struggle in other teams but here they flourish.  That's the bottom line bud. Given the circumstances,  we are stacked WITH KB.  I'm not saying we couldn't use another weapon for Cam. All I'm saying is we're good. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't even go after another wide out.

Devin Smith was a rookie this past year, no way do I see the Jets trading him as much as we'd all like for it to happen.

The thing we have to remember is that the Jets are frikin insane! have been for years, i see no reason they'd change that now.

Another young receiver sitting low on the depth chart that I would love to see as a Panther is Justin Hardy. He played like a man possessed at ECU and actually did well in ATL last season with very limited reps. This kid has a lot of potential.
