Deangelo Williams posts his Panthers termination notice...

This is the same dude I saw turn down signing a little kid's pink breast cancer ribbon because "I don't sign autographs mane." Can't say I'm shocked.

fug you. You're an irrelevant backup and nobody likes you. How come none of your fellow Steelers are coming to your defense?

Cannot say I disagree with any of the reasons given. Deangelo was a disappointment on and off the field. Williams refused to sign fans autographs for countless people.

Afterwards, Deangelo showed up in Pittsburgh 15 pounds lighter and had a good season. Amazing what caring about your performance again can do. I am glad he used this as motivation to improve himself.

how was he a disappointment off the field? Yeah he sure was a dick raising all this money and awareness for BC

I'm not defending his ass, because the stuff he said yesterday was out of line and I'm done with him after that.

I did want to tell a quick story about why I liked him when he was here though.

Couple of years ago the day after training camp wrapped up, I was at Toys R Us with my 2 year old son.  I saw Deangelo, he was there with his family and obviously trying to spend time with his kid, so I didnt bother him.  He was buying his daughter a plastic pool and balls to go in it to make a ball pit.  He had it laid out in the front of the store trying to figure out how many balls he needed to buy.  My son, as two year olds sometimes do, grab one of the balls and wanted to play with it.  My wife made him put it back because it wasn't his.  As we left the store, my son was crying because we took the ball away from him.  DWill literally chased me out of the store and gave me the ball to give to my son.  Of course the ball was pink.

He's a good guy, but the dude went too far yesterday.  He needs to let go of the bitterness and be thankful for what the Panthers did for him.

There was a time he played like the best back in the league. Then he stopped caring. His release can be motivation for him bc really you can make anything in life a motivation...but it wasn't unjustified. He was out of shape and lost interest in being in Charotte. That gets you cut every single time.

DeAngelo has been nothing but an insecure little man-child since he got run out of town. The fact that he's posting this reeks of seeking validation. Everybody I've ever met that does this on social media is usually a toxic individual who lacks perspective and thinks the world revolves around them.

just doing a drive-by of this thread but THIS

Not too long ago all the guy posted was about him and his selfie stick...

If someone actually owns a selfie stick, that should speak volumes about who they are and their priorities...
