Y'all want speed and someone who is capable of running more than just a go route...

Fuller runs some nice routes and can get behind you in a HURRY. This kid would be a perfect match with Cam's arm strength!

I highly doubt he's there when we pick, I even doubt more we draft him in the first

Enlighten me and tell me where he goes if he's not going to be there at 30

I will agree I doubt we take him at 30 if he is there though due to a few reasons.

Whelp can't beat two 6'5'' threats on the outside with 6'4'' funchess in the mix too and throw in Ginn to burn em with Olsen crossing down the middle.

I strongly doubt they'll get a copy of KB in this draft considering we just got funchess last year , but I would love this pick if it somehow happened.

De'Runnya is not a copy of KB, not even in the same area code

I wouldn't mind splurging on a top quality WR, but Gettleman is a loyal Wal-Mart customer. He'll be looking in the value bins at some truly oddball WRs who might be on their last legs. Some guys you've just never heard of even though they've been in the league for many years.

Now where you might be excited is in the upcoming draft. Gettleman will probably be looking for another big WR to put opposite KB,  with tweener WR/TE Funchess in the slot. The triples towers. Single cover that.

Camon dude..   Weve never seen what Gettleman will do when we have legit cap room. Weve only seen him do a phenominal job when we have almost no cap room to sign players yet still remain conpetive..  3 time NFC champs at that. The notion that people believe gettleman is all cheap and conservative just for the fug of it is hilarious. Truky shows how slim of a perspective people have.

Stop with the WR nonsense.  Kelvin Benjamin comes back next year.  Worry more about the OL.

WTF???

Did you see the SB, matter of fact did watch any of our regular season games? I'm sorry I want receivers that can actually catch and get YAC.

It all starts with the OL.  If WRs won you anything Calvin Johnson, AJ Green, and Dez Bryant would have ring.

this tired rhetoric is based off of not paying attention. We didn't spend any money the last two years because we didn't have any money the last two years. we are in better shape this year, but after taking care of our own FAs, we still won't be flush with cash. as always, we will need to be wise with our contracts, and not over pay for a name. he's not cheap, he just doesn't over pay.

I agree with everything you said...except the part about our own FAs. The only FA we have that would/could cost much at all is Norman. Everyone else would be rather cheap. Norman is the only starter that could be considered a FA. The rest of our FAs are all back-ups.

Other than that. You hit the nail on the button. Gman will not over pay for talent. If he wants you, you will sign for what he considers a fair contract. Or you can go elsewhere for your money.

The one aspect Gman has learned is that if possible, you offer 2-3 year deals. Those 1 year deals with Ginn and Mitchell cost him. Of course we didn't have money back then. But he learned his lesson.

my thought on our own FAs is that 24 will cost us half of our available cap space. when you combine the rest, and add in the rookies, we won't have a ton of extra room. I don't know the numbers, but I suspect we'll have about the same amount of cap space for FAs that we had last year. we'll see as the offseason plays out. I'm ready for the draft, and next season to start. all hail Getts.

Actually, from all I know, we have more money this year than Gman has had the first two years. With options to add to that spending money. So if he wants to spend some money this year, there are funds available to him. Not Oakland or Tampa type money. But more than he has had in previous years.

Going to be interesting to see how he plays it. He likes filling the bottom of the roster with FAs, which he should still be able to do. It is those mid to top level FAs that he has never been able to afford. He can get a couple mid level, or probably 1 top level if he feels the need.

Or something like that. It sounded better in my head.

Like I said though, it should be fun around here for the next few months.

Yac isn't a part of this offense maybe you just don't watch Shula ball but guess what? We don't throw a 4-5 yard passes that let receivers get yac like Green Bay and New England but keep dreaming if you think that's going to happen.... And I'm just going on record to let you know what you want has no effect on the team!

YAC is part of every offense, the only difference is we have no receivers that can get YAC, Ginn and and Brown get knocked down by a strong gust of wind. And nice job glossing over the "drops" part
