I wouldnt put too much stock into the concerns that Coples takes plays off. Not sure if its Washington or Rivera but our DLine would run threw a wall when they put on our jersey. I remember scouts having similar concerns about Hardy and Short

Coples could turn in to a Pro bowl DE under this coaching staff. Get him on the cheap and put him with and already stout line. But of course when it makes to much sense we wont do it.

He will be in Carolina. He's another perfect Oher Ginn type thing. Bring him for 2 years on a prove it and we'll love you deal. 

I think he gets it together and we have a young DE for years to come.

Any player that went to UNC must be drafted by the Panthers, if we aren't able to draft them, we should trade picks for them, even if we overpay, if that doesn't work, wait for them to be cut because they can't play, and give them a 4 year deal with as much guaranteed money as possible.

Can't answer for everyone else, but I just want to see a dominant front 4, edge rushers included! I don't care how we get it or where it comes from. If there is nothing to see here then I'm sure he isn't signed. I highly doubt he gets signed due to fan pressure

I am not against giving him a shot be it's not like he is some great pass rusher to solve that problem. He is a run stopper. He had some decent but not spectacular sack number in the ACC because he could overpower people. That doesn't work in the NFL when you don't have speed and pass rush skills.
