This is fine by me.  Sure, let's look for an upgrade, but at least this way we've got 4 guys we know are almost certainly coming back.  Ealy, Addison, Delaire & Horton.  Horton is the only one of those 4 who's any good against the run.  He's depth in case of injuries as well.  Knows the system. 

I was quite surprised when he was one of two not signed when the other PS guys got futures contracts, but I guess it makes sense that Horton, having been a starter and member of the 53 for two seasons would be treated differently than the other PS guys.

If you combined Addison's pass rushing skill with Horton's run stopping skill you would have one damn good DE. Worth keeping on the cheap.

Only way he gets cut is if we keep CJ and draft at least one DE. Otherwise he's here barring a terrible training camp or off field issue.

Id bet we make a couple moves to better our pass rush. Wasnt nearly as good as it needed to be this year

He's developed into a decent DE rotational piece. Glad he's back.

Wonder if Big Frank returns if we can't get a DE in the draft that Getty likes. I thought he was definitely gone after the last suspension but idk...

Frank Alexander?!   that guy's career is practically done. He's def not coming back.

He's suspended until late Nov 2016.  So... no practice, no training camp.  Ain't no way he's on our 2016 roster.
