I really want to let this poo go but the evidence just keeps pouring out and it makes me absolutely sick. I want a fugging asterisks next to the Broncos super bowl title. Can anybody explain to me why the Panthers have been FUGGED out of the only two superbowls we've ever been in? Why are these large market teams allowed to get away with this poo so we aren't the ones hoisting the trophy?

Remember, this is all the big set up!  Next season we're going to win the Superb Owl because it will complete our and Cam's story arc about redemption.  Then he'll be old enough to get the calls!  Then he won't just be some crazy kids, instead he'll be a fiery competitor who take losing personally!

And 15 was right. Something is bothering you about this game or else you'd be on some other sympathetic Bronco board sharing in the glory of your tainted SB "victorty", instead of lurking on our forum trying to convince us we are to biased to correctly interpret what we saw.

So run along and take comfort in the fact that nobody is going to take away Denvers Lombardi, no matter how undeserved it may be.

Carolina made mistakes but if a fair game was called, we would've won. Godell and Elway weren't gonna let Peyton retire without another ring. Because had he lost, his legacy would've been multiple trips to the Super Bowl with one ring and HGH allegations. But there's no need in crying over spilled milk though. Hopefully our guys can lift their heads and smile knowing the season they had. They will be back. See you guys in Houston!

I think everyone outside of Denver knows there was fix. People wanted to see a good game and they got prob the worst Superbowl in ages. If the officials were not being to to throw the game it sure as poo looks bad on the NFL.

Wow. Never seen fans pretend the refs had such a huge impact on game when they didn't like this in my life. Did we get a couple calls? Ya. Did Carolina? Ya. None were awful game changing calls. We could both bicker about a call here ore there. You guys are nuts if you actually think that had anything to do with the outcome of the game.

Went back and watched the game last night finally. Up until the midway point of the third quarter Carolina had gotten most of the calls.
Off the top of my head:

1. Ridiculous to call unsportsmanlike on Talib for simply jawing back and forth when it is about to be 4th and 25 in a Super Bowl!! That is a game changing call.

2. Newton slides for a "first down." He started his slide two yards short of it, would have been 3rd and 2 instead.

3. Grounding by Newton not called

4. Grounding by Newton not called again

5. Clearly kick catch interference on Norwood on the big punt return. If called it would have been half the distance to the goal and we would have had it on the 7.

6. Whitaker runs for a "first down." He was a yard short and after the play they called Carolina for an unnecessary roughness. Moved them back 15 yards but since they gave them the first down it was 1st and ten. Should have been 2nd and 16

7. No specific play to mention but I saw AT LEAST 3 times Miller and Ware were held and it wasn't called. That's only what I saw.

8. Again, no specific play to reference but I saw several false starts by Carolina that weren't called.

I actually think overall you guys got more calls than we did. Certainly it wasn't one-sided like you are making it out to be. Disappointing to see this.

Haha. You're wrong and I'll leave it at that. Was just interested in what you were all saying about the game and when I saw this had to respond with some other facts (not opinion).
