Based on just a little bit of watching videos, kid is talented.  Dunno if we're spending a 1st round pick on a RB though... Maybe after watching more I'd see the value better, but RB is way low on my list of positional research atm, heh.  He seems quick as hell and powerful enough, very interesting prospect.

Based on value, I'd take him at 30.... but don't think he's there for us. I think he goes top-20.  He's that talented, IMO.

Except that he won't be there at 30.  If we're going to use a first round pick on a runningback, I would rather use it on getting Nick Chubb next year.

20 years ago elliott would be the heavy favorite to be 1st overall, .005194% chance he lasted til 30th. If he interviews well and blows up pro&combine, I wouldn't to shocked to see him in the top 10. He almost there right now, BTW.

Most pundits put him at around 10, some top 5, doubt he makes it past 20 unless a bunch of red flags pop up

He's not near Gurley's level and Gurley went 10th. Teams may look at what happened with Gordon and be weary of drafting a RB in the 1st. I agree, I doubt he falls to 30, but if he does we're on him and we're set for years.

I think your wrong the more I watch on this guy the more I think he will not even be a option. He runs over people on the outside,inside there is no arm tackling this guy he is a beast we would be lucky to get him but like I said I don't think he would be option at 30. But we will need to find out replacement at RB soon.

I think Drake will be a better pro, whereas Henry was better for college.

 

Sadly if Drake played on just about ANY big school, he'd be looked as 1-2 rounder.

As of now I'd agree.  IF he made it to 25 I'd trade a 3rd to Pitt to take him before the Hawks.  And this is coming from a guy who hated the idea of a RB in the 1st again.

But I don't see how he makes it to even the late teens.  And at that point we'd have to give a 2nd and I don't want that.
