While it could happen, I don't want to believe it.  I'd like to think that these guys have too much pride, and fixing things like plays would be extremely difficult...

But if it does happen, I want my retribution story for Cam and the Panthers next season!

People refuse to see what is happening, I understand that.  That is why they can keep doing things to move momentum.  People cannot admit their favorite past time is tainted.   It's still fun to watch, and I think the players are truly playing their hearts out and coaches for the most part, but I've trained myself to watch things during games that once you do this, you can't unsee.

Hard to believe that "Tony" would tell so much without revealing the whole truth.  Alien overlords demand a scripted NFL as tribute, JFK was shot because he was going to go public with everything, and the World Trade Center was attacked because proof of the conspiracy was in those buildings and had to be destroyed.

I don't know why he would hide relevant facts in such an otherwise informative article.

I don't believe it otherwise Dallas would not have sucked for the last 20 years.

Dallas isn't as popular as they would lead you to believe.  Also a lot of other things go into advertising.  Their popular age group may not be the target purchasing group, which is like 20-49 males I believe.  They may not have a lot of purchasing power if their large base in rural/poor areas.    Dallas also doesn't have a superstar people care about, and they haven't in 20 years.  They don't have a Rodgers or Manning.  Romo has been a good QB but most people never put up in the top 10 (which he actually is, when healthy, at least regular season lol).

Also storylines are key.  KEY.  They bring the viewers as well.  America loves drama.  Cowboys haven't had a good situation for a good storyline.

I believe it all, and I'm particularly impressed with David Tyree's helmet catch that helped win the Super Bowl in 2008.  Whoever scripted that one up is just plain genius.

Teams can still make plays and win.  It's just when you face a team like Denver's defense you have to be perfect.  I don't think they always get what they want, but usually they do.   For instance, the way we played Arizona, it would be hard to take that one away from us.

Hasn't like the last 9 of 10  teams in the super bowl with the #1 ranked d won? Seattle being the latest exception?

Add another odd yet unreal stat is the last time a league mvp won the SB was 99 with Kurt Warner.

But for those convinced there are conspiracies,  if you aren't making money on betting then you don't really believe it.

    • I don't really like the phrase, "moral victory". I get what's meant by it, but does that mean that if you do the opposite (play poorly but win) it's an immoral victory? 🤔
    • I blame Evero because he is overrated. Vance Joseph created the defense in Denver that he took credit for. Wilks ran the ball down his throat and Darnold had a 103.8 rtg.  Last year we were decent in yards allowed, and horrible in everything else. Only reason? We kept giving up good field position.  He's had his choice of players to bring in since his scheme is so "complicated." Maybe he should stop trying to be so fancy like running Cover 4 on 3rd and 1 earlier and focus on fundamentals like tackling. These years of Eric Washington, Phil Snow, and Evero must have gotten you confused on what a real defense looked like. Go back and watch the McDermott and Wilks years- this dude is sofT.
    • I tried to make it a point in the opening post that I don't think the offense is a finished product. I think we still need more talent at WR, better play calling, catch more consistently, elimate ridiculous penalties,  and be more consistency in scoring points. I'm just saying, they look markedly better than last year imo. They have scored 20 or more in 6 games and 30 or more in 2 games. And that's particularly notable considering they only mustered 10 points and 3 points in first 2 games of this year and they got blanked on 0 points two games in a row to wrap up last season . I'd say that's a market improvement.  I'm not crowning them and saying we have a top 10 offense or anything.  I'm comparing them to themselves in recent history.
