No not really.... I'm simply saying you can't be mad when others are giving it to you for you when all you've been doing is rubbing it in others faces all season long

There are differences though. We've never gone out of our way to verbally disrespect someone. All we've been doing is celebrating and then when someone talks poo, we've responded. We've never initiated the disrespect unless you count celebrating as the disrespect in which I would say just get over it. If the person celebrating hasn't talked poo to you or disrespected you verbally or physically then just get over it. Stop them from getting in the endzone and they won't celebrate anymore. The Broncos did stop us, but then talk poo in the media. When did we ever verbally disrespect another team in the media when we weren't attacked first?

No problem with this. We can handle this as a team. This team is a strong group of men. Motivation for us next season.

I just hope Ron and the team don't listen to any of the scared fans in this fan base(and we all know the scared fans and fans who never liked how we go about things to begin with after yday loss), and dial it back next season. I dont want to go back to be mediocre. The team clearly plays well when they're out there having fun, and they also play well when there's a chip on their shoulder. To all those who don't like the way we win

and i hope we play the same way next year.

i want to be the most hated team in the league. i want to be on top of that hill and be the target for everyone. and i think after this loss, we'll climb back up there only we won't be bullied off again.

I kind of hope we go on that "fug you" tour next season.  Similar to Brady's, before they were decimated by injury.  Just rage through the season/post season, and beat everyone to a bloody pulp(not literally of course).  This embarrassment may queue that type of season up.

I believe the Carolina Panthers are only going to get better due to this SB experience.

In the age of endorsements, it may not be the wisest thing to aspire to be the most hated team in the league.

However, it might be fun to become the modern day version of the Oakland Raiders in their glory years.

Are you ready for Superman to become Darth Vader?

oh please

do you think the patriots are worried about being every team's super bowl?

there is a difference in posing, dancing, dabbing (rubbing peoples noses in it, as I think someone put it) and being a perennial winning team.  I know everyone looks at the Pats game as a big game, but not because they dance on your home field or any of that stuff.

Just seems like our doing that could be an unforced error on our part

are you implying that there are different types of date-circling or something

getting a team's best shot is getting a team's best shot

That's what happens when you "have fun"  17 times. When someone finally beats you they "have fun" at your expense.

Yeah, this is apples and oranges.  Having fun and celbrating on the field is different than talking poo about your opponents to the media after beating them.

Whatever you say Lombardi, dab on

uh huh right

this fanbase in many ways is still hung over from the john fox era and i think we consciously or unconsciously believe that the only way the panthers can win anything is if they slip in under the radar and are taken lightly by a superior opponent.  to some extent we've become the superior opponent in that scenario and it makes everyone really uncomfortable.
