No Negativity Thread - Name A Moment And Player That Meant A Lot To You This Season

I've had a really crappy year. This Panthers team was a bright spot each week and I will forever be thankful to them for this season. But the Greg Olsen game winning touchdown catch in Seattle created a feeling of unadulterated joy that I still feel whenever I see the clip of it.

Many of these have been mentioned already, but here are some of my favorite moments:

- Being at BoA in person for the first time ever with my brother for the season finale against Tampa.  Being able to scream Keep Pounding and M-V-P and celebrate being 15-1

- The win @Seattle - especially the game winning TD to Greg

- TD's interception against Green Bay and his catch of the onsides kick against Seattle in the playoffs.

- J-No's interception to preserve our win against New Orleans in week 3

- J No riding Delta in week 1

- Cam's flip into the end zone (and the Spanish radio call of said flip) against Houston

- Cam's "I got this look" for the final drive against the Giants. 

- Cam's staring down the Seahawks as they made their entrance at Seattle

- Gano's game-winning FG in overtime against Indy - making us the first-ever team to come back from behind and win in OT

- Luke's 1st-ever pick 6 against Dallas on Thanksgiving, and then his getting another pick the very next play!  (Not to mention his back to back pick 6s in the playoff games)

- Coleman's pick 6 against Dallas in the very 1st minute of the game

- Ginn's amazing reverse that got him the TD in the AZ play off game

- The absolutely mind-blowing pass Cam threw to Ed Dickson in our first Atlanta game where he appeared to bend the ball around several defenders

- J Stew's 59 yard run against Seattle in the playoffs

- the face of the little girl who got the touchdown ball in our playoff game against Seattle

- Braylon coaching Cam, dancing with the team at fan fest, and pounding the drum later in the season

- Peanut coming back to play with a partially torn ACL to help the team following Bene's injury, knowing he could risk serious injury

- TD playing with a broken arm in the superbowl

- a HOME NFC Championship game in Charlotte... players making "snow angels" with their kids in the confetti

- Cam's scream up on the platform after being handed the Halas trophy for winning the NFCCG

- TD getting voted to the Pro Bowl and 1st team All Pro for the first time ever

 

... so many moments, pictures, memories fixed in my mind.  It truly has been a special season.   Not all that we'd hoped.  But damn good!

I believe it was Funchess having his first 100 yard game. Dude it so fluid and deceptively fast that I can't wait to see more. Also getting Ginn back was huge in my mind. Sadly he had the ball that was picked bounce off of his hands.

Been a shitty year but the Panthers were a bright spot every weekend. My favorite moment of the season has to be attending not 1, but 2 games this season (1 being the Seattle playoff game). 

- The Luke pick 6 against Seattle (the stadium got so loud. it was awesome) 

- The Cam front flip for a TD against HOU (was badass to see in person as well). 

 

Easily the most fun I had watching/following football this year.

The whole season. We will be back. We know which areas the team needs to improve. The guys will be hungrier than ever next year.

Won't single out any players, because all these players meant a lot to me this season. My favorite moments were the group photos. Those moments had us looking like a team in the truest form. 

I need a little break from football, but in a few weeks I'll be ready to do it all again, and I want them to go about it the same way...having fun as a team.
