Positions we need to upgrade

All I see is OL, DE,DT and CB. Charles will be gone unless he takes a extension. Tillman already has a ring and may retire same with harper but Tre Boston will replace him so the need for safety wont be as dire but definitely we need depth there. Bene comes back and I can see him playing CB or us keeping McClain and letting Bene play the slot. The key is keeping Norman. cutting CJ would help to that alot. Seeing what Ealy, Addison, Horton, Delaire are doing with Star and Short is promising. I think Love may be gone, he is getting old and may retire as well. We definitely need to get some quality depth there.

OL, DE, and id like for us to go after a speedy WR as well. Never can have enough weapons.

I think Funchess has real potential to develop into the #2 WR.  Him and Benjamin on the outsides, and a speedy receiver like Ginn or Brown from the slot would be a more than serviceable receiving corps, enough so that other positions have higher off season priority IMO.

The secondary needs more depth.  Ealy will be starting DE, but will need someone on the other end.  Last night's game is still raw, so I keep coming back to OT as the position most in need of attention this off season.

The fact that PFF did NOT harp on our need for better OTs really surprised me...  I wonder if they think Daryl Williams could be a big improvement at RT and that Oher might be solid enough for now with Cam's mobility?

I was surprised he seemed to forget all about Funchess as a potential #2 WR... but obviously if we can find better WR talent at the right price, it's not out of the question.  I just recall that Cam seems to need some time with guys to develop chemistry...

How in the world could Shula/Rivera not make an adjustment to Von Miller really blows my mind. I seriously can't even believe they allowed Von Miller to completely disrupt the offense for the second time in as many games against the Broncos. I've completely lost confidence in this coaching staff. A simple and obvious adjustment would have meant a Lombardi trophy in Carolina.

we most definitely need a new DE, CB, SS, and RT..Jared Allen is not a good player anymore..I think they will move on from Johnson if he doesn't take a major paycut..we will end up tagging Norman and should have Bene healthy but i don't think they bring Tillman back and Finnegan and McClain are just awful..Harper is too slow and i think Boston is just a better player than him at this point..Remmers was the weakest link on the line all year..maybe Daryl Williams is the guy to take over but we don't know that yet

RT is our biggest weakness. We need to upgrade that and DE. Allen and Johnson were bringing no pressure and Ealy is emerging. Delaire needs his shot as well and we could bring in another role player to help.
