Jake getting threats

It would be very sad if true.

The way I see it ..If Jake stinks (which he does) he needs to be replaced from the starting lineup.

Just like with Peppers....its the FO and the Head coach that made the decision to keep them and give them heaps of money.

Obviously, Jake is not trying to suck and its not personal.

Its the FO/head coach's job to fix the problem and I blame them.

As for Jake getting boo's and being trashed on the internet...boo-who!!!

Hes got 20 million bucks to help get over all that.

1: it depends on the kind of threats and/or if anything comes of it, and 2: outcome or not, the authors of said threats probably need to think of something better to do with their time. Frankly, given how flat we tend to be in most openers, I expected a let-down.

I didn't expect a thrashing on the level of Ghengis Khan versus most of Europe, but, still, a let-down.

Prolly somebody who's not much of a follower of the team. Trust me, when fans start making statements with their wallets like not showing up it will get attention. Coward assholes who start making threats without coming upfront are nothing more than crazy.

This thread just may set the record for the most one-word responses EVAH!

Srsly, Jake Delhomme is a good man, he's got a wife and kids and good character qualities. I HATE it when I hear of players being threatened like this, and like someone else pointed out - it's likely not true fans, but just some punk ass MF'ers who think they can be bad asses.

Hope they go to jail and become somebody's bitch.

It sad when some people are fan of team, some can get too angry that they would threaten a player on the team. It's just a game, folks. There are more important in our life than just a game. You may hate Jake the playa, but there's no way you would hate the guy outside of the game with how he is a friendly & funny guy. I wish someone still has the video of him throwing a pie on Hoov's face while Baker was interviewing him somewhere online. :D :D
