To add: I don't think Newton ever accepted losing. Even in his rookie and his second year. He never accepted it for one moment.

Ultimately, he and the team got better, but Newton never learned how to lose and probably never will.

It is a good trait to have if (as Newton shown) you are willing to use it as extra motivation to get every ounce out of a film study, practice session, or workout routine.

He had him all weekend there in San Fran but I'm sure he can't wait to get back home and settle into some type of routine. He's tired, emotionally drained and probably needs to be around his family more than anything. Shoot, all of them need to.

Up yours, he does owe them something, they put up the money to help pay for the stadium he plays in, and helps pay for the team HE PLAYS FOR.  So yeah he does owe them something.  Its like selling goods and service, I pay for a service, I expect a little professional attitude.  Get out of here sucking his balls, I love Newton as a player and I know he does great for the community, but there are times when you gotta suck it up.  He hates the media, and I don't blame him, but the fans that have supported him thru thick and thin should at least get an acknowledgement.
