For those who are bailing on a 17-2 NFC championship team with a decent future ahead of them:

Try enduring a 15-65 stretch. The worst five year run in NFL history....with an owner who gives less s h i t s about the team and the community while he has his eyes set on "greener pastures"....no matter how much you bend over and offer him taxpayer money for a new stadium...and then proceeds to go scorch earth on your city when he didn't need to.

THEN, and only then, you would have something to bitch and tear s h i t up about.

If we dont have to go up against Von miller we probably beat anybody else....Literally..... look at the Falcons game the only loss....Vic Beasley kicked our ass all game, offense never got anything going, same thing happened tonight.

The way Miller was playing last night, there was no one in the NFL who could have beaten Denver.  No one. Offensively, we were completely stymied by their game plan, which is a kudos to the entire Denver defense and Wade Phillips.

Seattle or Arizona would have lost just as badly or worse than us.  We just didn't have the same energy/fun/drive/execution/game plan/etc we had the previous weeks.

News flash.... Best defense and very good game plan by Phillips beat us. Take seven months off and enjoy life.....you will be ready for some more Panthers by then. Keep in mind this is only a game.....means nothing in the grand scope of things.

100 yards in penalty....  I wish our team would have been spotted that.

I think this comes down to a difference in personality. Some people  are all about the destination. Super Bowl win or bust.

Some people are about the journey. Personally, this is me. I am absolutely disappointed that we didn't win the Super Bowl. But I can still remember the fun I had watching the team win 17 games this season and the happiness I got from each win. I'm going to continue to watch and pull for the Panthers because going through the wins is so fun. I don't need a Super Bowl to validate my fan experience.
