Gameday Menu Superbowl Edition

Good morning ladies and gents and welcome to another gameday menu thread. But this is no ordinary gameday menu thread. This is the fuging superbowl where cares, inhibitions and calories go right out the window. 12 hours from now we will be doing battle on the largest stage in television.  So tonight we dine in hell!

 

I will be keeping it simple. Homemade wings (my special recipe) and homemade guac. I headed over to party city and have Panther plates, napkins, balloons, solo cups you fuging name it we got it. 

 

So let's see what you've got huddlez and remember PICS ARE ENCOURAGED!

Not exactly sure what I'm gonna make and eat yet, but I know one thing, I've already called off work tomorrow and I'm gonna need it after all the beverages I'm going to partake in.

I smoked my first beef brisket yesterday, was kinda scared how it would turn out since  I mainly do Boston butts.  Turned out Great. ;-) Going to use it to make 3 pepper cheese sliders. Sorry didn't get any good pics.

This is kind of ninja marketing so to speak. I'm planning to kick of a very small homemade sausage business here later this year (fresh sausage is almost non-existent here) and Koreans love them some foreigners that can (or try to) speak Korean. This was my second run trough on a Bratwurst recipe...though the real test will come tomorrow ( SK time) when they hit the grill before I download the game~
