I'm in disbelief right now.  This award show is 5 years old.  The other awards (oscars, grammys, etc.) have been around for 70+ years and the opening monologue had always been used to make fun of events that have happened over the last year.  Yea, every once and a while a joke will go to far, but my god people.  Have you never seen another award show before tonight?
