I don't see a run of the mill game for Delhomme. He is out to prove himself so this game goes one of two ways, a huge game for Delhomme with multiple touchdowns, or he tries too hard and has another really really bad game.

Knowing Delhomme, I think he pulls this one out. And moreover, I don't think Steve Smith will let his guy have two bad games in a row and will put himself on the line for Delhomme, and break out in a big way. The Falcons CBs combined have less skill than either Sheldon or Asante. And I don't think Delhomme has as much pressure in his face this week. I'm predicting a big game for Delhomme:

Jake Delhomme ~250 yards, 3 TD 1 INT

Steve Smith 8 receptions 120 yards 2 TD

Dwill 75 yards, 1 TD

Matt Ryan 1 Ruptured Spleen

Panthers 31

Falcons 13
