You disagree with what?  So you don't think the huge cast he has to wear will affect his play on the field?  How can anyone think that it will have no effect?

It's not like he's wearing plaster.  Heck, there's a whole thread about the cast he's wearing elsewhere.

TD never played with a torn ACL.  He rehabilitated it over many, many months.  There's no doubt TD will be mentally ready to play.  But no matter how much heart he has, there is a good chance he will not be very effective with the forearm cast he will be wearing.  The question will be whether he is effective enough where he doesn't hurt the team.  It only takes one missed tackle due to his arm to lose the game for the Panthers.  And these same people in this thread will be blaming Rivera and TD come Sunday night.

Not quite sure where in my post you read that I said he played with that injury. The point is that there was an almost certain chance that TD would never play football again, and here he is. Personally, I don't doubt him. It's not a blind belief. He's proven it, three times.

Me believing that TD will be successful has a lot more merit than people believe Peyton Manning will win the Super Bowl for the Broncos because it's a good story.

One thing I have no doubt of is that not only has TD been testing it in practice he won't let himself be a liability on the field. So if he says he's still a full go I believe him, therefore I disagree with you as well.

No, it isn't a pain tolerance issue.  There is no doubt TD will handle that.  Have you seen the cast TD will be wearing?  There is no way the cast will not effect him in some way.

Have you?  Because he's not even wearing a cast, he's wearing a brace.

It's that plus a layer of protective foam covering it to absorb the shock from hits.  That brace isn't going to interfere with his arm's range of motion.

I hope not, I fear Brock more than Manning at this point.

That felt weird to type.

IDK, I think some of you are underestimating Manning a little bit. They say he's healthier than he's been all year and was throwing the ball pretty well yesterday. I think we will win, but I just don't think the guy is as bad off as some of our fans think. After all, he only has to do it one more time, so it doesn't matter how sore he is on Monday.
