You are probably referrimg to the Huddle, but, I read a pretty good article on Cam on YahooSports today... then made the mistake of reading the comments section.

When you read other comments of other articles on whatever,  does the comments section not spiral out of control?

True, but this was much worse than most other websites when I have read the comments.

I don't know if it is something with YahooSports readers, or if they don't monitor and filter their comments but this had things like:

  History has proven otherwise. Uneducated, athletic quarterbacks with low morals and suspect behaviors tend to flame out, or get hurt, before they finish their career. I've heard the guy speak; he's not the brightest bulb out there. The guy acts like he's a street basketball star, not a Professional NFL QB, on the field. He got kicked out of UF (more or less) for conduct and academic violations, then was involved in the shady Dad to Auburn dealings ($200,000?). He is average at best at reading defenses when dropping back to pass; his athletic ability bails him out most times, where lesser QBs might make a bad decision to pass.
  
  He is quite the gifted Athlete and has a very good arm for a running QB. I am impressed that he has stayed mostly out of trouble since becoming a Pro, and like what he has done for the team and Fans, like handing the ball to a kid. But I question his overall maturity and intelligence, and fear that as his legs begin to fade in his late 20's/early 30's, he won't have a True QB makeup to fall back on.

I am just saying that it was uniquely terrible.   Most comments sections have crazies but arent THAT bad, especially sports sites.  Extreme poltical sites, you do.  But not sports.  Just weird.
