Just wondering if there was a thread for all who are going to San Fran, maybe for car pool to San Jose from the City? If there is one already, please direct me to it.

I signed up for this shuttle bus.  They will pick you up at one of several places and take you nonstop to the stadium.

Yes.  Its 59 after tax i think but that is round trip.

Check Caltrain.com as well. You can buy a day pass for roughly $22. It'll take you from SF to Santa Clara. If you are in the East Bay you can take the Capitol Corridor train all the way into Santa Clara as well. 

Traffic will be brutal, so any number of trains may or may not be faster than vehicle travel.
