Their past two games they didn't put up a lot of points.  Besides Manning looking like a shell of his former self, Demaryius Thomas is now looking like a late round draft pick.  When I look at how many passes he dropped recently, I don't think he will be much of a problem for us.  The main thing is their running attack.  I just can't see Hillman or Anderson doing much at all.  I would say our only threat on their offense is Emmanuel Saunders, yet he has also dropped some passes this post season.  So ultimately it's either going to be a rout or a shutout.  I'm leaning toward the latter because I believe our defense will want to send a clear message that we are the best.

Depends.

Your defense matches up very well against Denver's offense. Very good interior pass rush which is very likely to frustrate Peyton all game long. Very good run defense vs Denver's mediocre run game. Most importantly, it's a defense that is incredibly adept at taking the ball away, so even if Denver puts together one or two drives where they march into Carolina territory, there's a possibility they won't come away with any points.

Having said that, there's a lot that can happen during the course of a football game and it's not entirely on the defense to ensure a shutout. STs have to be on point, your offense can't turn the ball over, etc. Also, if your team gets out to a big lead in the 2nd half, as I suspect they might, they will likely play a softer defense to make Denver use up a lot of clock, which will allow Peyton to dink and dunk down the field.
