They never have a winning season cause of the idiots running this teams. Here all the mistakes we made over the years.

1. Not trading up for Chris Paul

2.Drafting Adam Morrinson over Brandon Roy

3.Drafting Sean May

4.Hiring Sam Vincent

5.Trading Emek for a washed up injury prome player

6.not drafting Tyler Hansbrough when he fell in your lap.

7.not signing Allen Iverson.I mean really our only comp. for him was Memphis and we could not outmatched them? god really sad if you ask me.

Its alot more but I don't feel like naming anymore it take all day.this team is so badly run its not even funny.

1. You're right I forgot you knew Paul was gonna be a top 3 PG in the league.

2. Adam Morrison finished second in National Player of the Year voting. Nuff said.

3. May was an excellent College player, plus he had an excellent Summer League. The only reason he was a bust was because he was injury prone.

4. Not going to get an argument from me.

5. #4

6. Where would he play? We having a bigger need at SG than at PF.

7. No money, no money, no money.

My thing is that we needed to make some big moves to keep up in our division and so far it's been a bust. Chandler wasn't a big move, sorry.

OK we are sports fans not professionals but sooner or later they're going to have do something for the fans to buy tickets if not they will continue to lose games and money.

Although a lot comes with AI he is no doubt a premier NBA talent that of which we don't have on our roster. Keep it up and LB will quit. They're not giving him anything to work with.

1. You're right I forgot you knew Paul was gonna be a top 3 PG in the league.

A lot of people though Paul was going to be an upper eschelon PG. If you were around for that draft, there were a bunch of Bobcat fans that were extremely upset that Bickerstaff would not trade up for Paul when it was offered.

2. Adam Morrison finished second in National Player of the Year voting. Nuff said.

I liked Morrison, but pretty much everybody knew he was slow and unathletic, and would be a pretty big liability on defense. So he was a very risky pick and one that not many thought was worthy of the top five. Roy, on the other hand, was seen as a pretty safe choice by most pundits. Nobody thought he would explode into the player he has become, but most thought he would be a very good SG and would have been good value with our pick.

3. May was an excellent College player, plus he had an excellent Summer League. The only reason he was a bust was because he was injury prone.

I agree that the Bobcats get way too much grief for this pick. May was actually good value at the spot we took him, and he filled a need. In truth, there was not a lot of people projected in this range that have developed into anything either. The biggest and best name is Danny Granger, but he had some serious red flags about his knees. There was concern that his knee problems would be chronic, and that he could very well be out of the league within a few years. It's actually quite ironic. I actually think the biggest reason for the hate on this pick is that we took two Carolina guys.

4. Not going to get an argument from me.

Vincent was a bad choice on so many levels.

Okafor really doesn't fit with what Brown wants to do. And he is also very limited on offense and struggles defending the quicker PF's & C's. And most of all, his salary was HORRIBLE. He was being paid like a superstar, but just played like a quality role player. And while Chandler is not all that, at least he has the athleticism to defend the Chris Bosh's of the world and can actually contribute in the more uptempo scheme LB prefers. So, IMO, this was a good deal...as much to get rid of that ridiculous contract (which was another blunder by the FO, by the way) as anything else.

6. Where would he play? We having a bigger need at SG than at PF.

Agreed. Hansbrough would be a good fit, but we had a much bigger need at SG. Not to mention that the backlash for drafting Hansbrough would have been immense, and not something a team trying to build a fanbase needs.

7. No money, no money, no money.

Yep, we were in a bad position to try and financially compete with Memphis for AI. As little as he signed for was still more than we could afford.

You act like its so easy to judge prospects. If that were the case then wouldn't every No.1 draft pick ever taken be in the HoF? As for our free agency moves we don't know how it is going to work out until the season is underway. We made no moves because we have no money, it's as simple as that. People make mistakes regardless, I for one still have hope in the Bobcats.
