Anybody else worried the NFL won't let Peyton lose his last game.

for every player that rode off into the sunset ideally...there are 20 who didn't get the storybook ending.

If Peyton throws a 50 yard TD pass to Sanders over Josh Norman to win the game....well, hats off to him.

But this is the year of Cam IMO.  Cam takes the torch IMO at the Super Bowl.

While that's true that most don't get that magical ride off into the sunset, to play devils advocate.....

Has there ever been an all-time great like Manning, at a position like QB, who reached the SB in what was pretty much known to be their last season?

I'm not saying there is a conspiracy to get him that ring, but it's a pretty unique situation that I doubt we've seen before.

Even more so with his injuries this year and then coming into the game week 17 to secure the #1 seed and then proceed to the SB unexpectedly.

Jim Kelly played in four straight, and it felt like each loss was worse than the last.

Brett Favre took a hit that should have been penalized in an NFC Championship game against the Saints.  No flag was thrown.

And let's not forget how the game went for Manning just two years ago.

For that matter, if the NFL wanted the best story, wouldn't it have made more sense for the Patriots to go undefeated?

There's nothing to this.

Manning is only 1 year older than Elway was in his last Super Bowl.
