Cool Jon Beason article

At one point, Thomas Davis made a reference on Twitter that now they could rehab together. This was right after his 3rd ACL tear (I think). Everyone laughed that off, convinced that TD's time was done and that Beason would come back to dominate as the leader of the defense for years.

Missed that mark a smidge.

As soon as that achiles popped I knew Beason was in trouble.  You just dont come roaring back from that.

Beason is the reason I stopped buying Jerseys. 

Bought Peppers jersey he left ..

Bought Beason jersey he got injured.

Didn't want to press my luck with TD jersey after that.

One of the top three all-time worst plays for me as Panthers fan: watching freaking Jeff King "sprint" for a long touchdown while one of my favorite player's blows out a tire.

Yeah. It more had to do with people just being done with TD's injuries than real confidence that Beast would be back.

fuging awesome one of my favorite Panthers ever!! I rember he said he wouldn't go to a super bowl until he played in one. I wonder if he's gonna go for his old squad . Carolina is not only a team it's family.

Thats true too, I remember hearing the words "we need to cut TD" come out of my mouth.

If I had a time machine I'd go back and kick my own ass for even thinking that way.

Beason was a BEAST.

Poor guy was a pro bowl caliber LB when his injuries messed up his career. 

Also the same with Dan Morgan. Good to see Beason is supporting his original team.

I always liked Beason, he always brought all he had. Rooted for him in NY, hate the injury issues he had.
