Tre Boss 10 looked real good out there.

Velasco at center is not too bad either.

We were discussing last night whether they should keep remmers at rt and bring velasco at c or move remmers to c and bring d. Williams in at rt.

I definitely agreed that its best to not change 2 positions if you can help it.

Tre and Shaq looked great out there. I wish they would get starting positions.

Tre is exciting to watch too. I love his personality. The dance he does after he catches INTs is hilarious.

I still can't forget how Tre was going absolutely bananas on the sideline during the Dallas game when either Coleman or Luke had the pick 6 (I forget which one it was... THINK it was Coleman's INT.)  Tre was jumping up and down wildly down the entire length of the sideline as Coleman was running.  It was amazing.  Love Tre.  Love Bene.

The 2014 draft class is shaping up to be a Great one.

We were so fortunate to have a 1st round pick stud in shaq to come in when td got hurt.

And Boston played well too.  We are fortunate to have the depth that we have.

Fortunate to have a GM who drafts so fuging well to get this depth.

Always thought Boston should be starting beside Coleman. More speed and athleticism. I didn't see what he did so wrong in 2014 to deserve being benched.

Ehhh, he was extremely poor in coverage in both Seahawks games. I loved when he was inserted last year and thought before this season started that he and Kurt should be starters but after seeing how well Harper has played with this group I think he's been the right guy. I think Tre will replace Harper once we move on from him or he retires.

I;m going to watch the game again tonite, but I know I heard Buck and Aikman both talking about AJ Klein stepping in for TD and I was doing a double take.....

Remember when TD was drafted- he was a safety at Georgia- and the Panthers used him in very specific situations his rookie season and quickly began grooming him to be a LB in year 2. How'd that whole thing turn out?

Hell yea, i remember unleashing him on Vick!

Shaq is definitely gonna be our Chancellor/Deathbacker or Mathieu/Honey Badger. The way he was able to cover Fitzgerald was insane. I didn't think he'd be that effective but he was amazingly. Thompson was all up in Larry's grill when it called to be physical, and he was on him like white on rice when we needed tight coverage. This kid is gonna be special. He can play SS, NB and OLB. Seriously, holy poo.

Totally.  He a great job out there and put it on Fitz.  His speed and strength is a hell of a combo.  And not to mention he has the best guys in the league to learn from.  As for Boston, I'm anxious to see him next year with all of this experience under his belt.

I would be beyond shocked if tre doesn't start next year.. harper has slowed down considerably and I love what he brings vet wise, but it's time for the youngin to shine now.

I agree.  I love Roman's personality and leadership and hope he'll be around for awhile in at least a mentor capacity.  Same with Tillman but I know he was a Bear for so long.   Our locker room really is our strongest weapon.

A couple of points:

Someone mentioned earlier that when Boston is on the field, he pops. Now I'm not sure if it's just because of those dreads, but this is something I've noticed a lot. I haven't taken a look at the deep down core stats when he's on the field, but he always seems to be around the play, or making a big play. I love this Boston kid and he seems like he has a ton of potential. We've been weak at Safety for quite some time. The emergence of Coleman, and the play of Harper, possibly leading into the future emergence of Tre Boston is such a welcome, refreshing thing to me.

Secondly, I know Shaq being drafted as the replacement to Thomas Davis was the big talk of the draft. Same type of player, same skill set, it makes total sense. And one day that's probably going to be the case. But let me state right now, I would not be adverse to somehow obtaining a successor at OLB to Thomas Davis, and keeping Shaq in the position he's in now. Don't get me wrong, if Shaq develops into that successor role that's fine, and nothing says he isn't. But he seems like he could thrive in the "Anywhere you need me, doing whatever you want me to do." kind of role.
