Why did we go for 2?

41-15 = 26 Pts. So 3 TDs(3 2-PAT) = 24 + 1 FG = 27 which puts it at 42-41.

Go for two and we're up 27 Pts. They would need a minimum of 5 possessions to beat us instead of 4.

4 TDs = 28pts. So it would still have been 4 possessions.

Honestly, after thinking about it, I don't think going for two had any relation to the score.

I think the Cards comments at half time pissed us off.

You're right. I'm inebriated and bad at maths.

They were blitzing on kicks and Rivera was annoyed because they got close to hurting Gano a few times when the game was over.

Probably why we didnt kick the FG at the end, shame because hanging 50+ on them would have been the ultimate humiliation, but 49 aint that bad I guess!!!!
