In theory it's not supposed to work just force teams to take long drives up the field while your offense dabs on them...

It does work, but the Panthers coaches are doing it way too early based on the scoring margin. They are giving the momentum and advantage to the Cardinals for the 4th quarter.

With the current margin of 19 points they should not run clock until 6:45 mark in the 4th quarter.

Coaching is clearly the liability with a lead.

Idk about in theory, but last I checked the soft zone is supposed to stop the deep ball from scoring a TD
