Gameday Menu NFC Championship Edition

It is officially championship Sunday ladies and gents. Time to watch some Panther football while enjoying some good eats and drinks. I would just like to say I'm awful proud of what this thread has become and hope to carry on the Gameday Menu tradition for many seasons to come. 

 

I'm still undecided on what km going to do and as always I will be perusing the thread for idea. So without further adeu have it Huddle! And please oh please don't forget... PICS ARE ENCOURAGED!

Since we're playing Arizona,  I'm going to go with typical southwestern cuisine. 

Tex-Mex and meth

Entire authentic Indian buffet, lots of hungry Howie's pizzas, lots of fried chicken and lots of other things

Got 2 racks of ribs marinating in coffee/honey/garlic rub, some mac & cheese & Gentleman Jack.... And I will of course smoke some wings because poultry.....

 

And as a side note, I got a new .17hmr, just in case I see the VA state bird flying around in the snow......

Breakfast:  Cracklin' Oat Bran

Lunch:  Chili Dogs with a winter lager I find at the store at 12:01

Dinner:  Tons of meats and cheeses to make sandwhiches for before kickoff.  Glen Livet 18 for warmth.
