I wonder what the price per ticket is for PSL owners who win the lottery?

what is the face value of a Super Bowl ticket?

I found this on another site. Not sure if true or not.

Levi's Stadium holds 68,500 so if is true each team gets 17.5% that means PSL Owners will get almost 12,000 tickets.

Overview Of Super Bowl Tickets

The distribution of Super Bowl tickets is controlled by the NFL who distributes 75% of tickets to the teams while the remainder is given to media, partners, sponsors as well as sold via packages which is mostly bought by ticket brokers since it’s so far in advance of the Super Bowl.

Here’s how the National Football League breaks down ticket distribution:

A.) Super Bowl teams share 35%  – 17.5% each, majority given to season ticket holders & players.
B.) Host team gets 6.2% – majority distributed to season ticket holders.
C.) Remaining 28 teams share 33.6% – 1.2% for each team distributed to players, media, partners etc
D.) NFL retains 25.2% – tickets are typically sold to partners, media and sponsors.

Super Bowl Tickets Face Value

The face value of Super Bowl tickets varies year over year, usually increasing season after season. For Super Bowl 49, the face value of tickets ranged between $800-$1900, depending on the location of the seats. For Super Bowl 50, we expect the face values to climb into the $1,000-$2,500 range.

Not to burst any bubbles but the Panthers get 12,000 tickets NOT the ticket holders.  Ownership, partners, luxury box owners, sponsors and friends of family will eat the best ones up before the PSL owners get a crack at a lottery.

I have several friends in Denver and Seattle who have seen this happen to them.  They say the fans only saw about half and of that half not a one was a seat better than last 10 rows upper level.

Yes, I realized that after I posted that.

I think they gave out about 8000 to  PSL holders for the 2003 SB. All upper corner seats and the cost then was $425.00 each.

If you get slected you better make your travel arrangements fast.

Or sell to me since I have already made travel arrangements.

I do know luxury box owners automatically got tickets in 2003.   I suspect sponsors and other Panther VIPs get theirs too.  Whatever is left over goes into the lottery.  It's a long shot but I do know folks that got lottery tickets last time.  If you want good seats, you will probably have to look elsewhere.  I got mine on ebay last time.

Spoke to my realtor today... Apparently some elder gentlemen sold him 2 PSLs for $1.2K a ticket 7 months ago...  He looked it up and these PSLs were worth $5k each so he got them...  He was informed earlier this week he won a ruffle for 2 Super Bowl tickets....  Talking about striking it rich.
