Has anyone heard anything from the Panthers about being selected in the lottery to purchase Super Bowl tickets?

No. They're focusing on the NFCC Game.

In 2013 they where notified the week before the NFCCG

We didn't even play in the NFCC game that year - seems odd. 

I know they won't let us share the details of the official travel packages until after the win. I can only assume the same for the lottery.

I meant to say 2003 season , not 2013.

I've heard nothing so i'm going to assume that because the NFCCG is here this time, they may not want disclose that info until after the game.

Ahhhh....can't help there. I wasn't a PSL owner in 2003 and I was miserable living in Philly. I can't remember what they did in 2005.

The lottery gods will right the scales of justice with Super Bowl tickets. They didn't pick my Powerball numbers, now they will reward me with a trip to San Fran.

Certain PSL owners (suite owners, I think) were offered SB tickets. That offer will be rescinded and they will receive a new offer if the Panthers make the SB. It's just certain PSL owners, though, not all PSL owners. It's the same as what happened in 2003.

From what I've heard its more of a seniority thing than lottery thing. The more PSLs you have and the longer you've had them plays a part I believe. Basically the more money you've spent, the better your odds.

Calling and emailing on Monday, if we win. AceBoogie correct. One lottery ball for each year you've owned a PSL, per seat.

Since the weather is bad, do they also practice the lottery in the ball room?

I emailed the Panthers earlier this week. Here is the response:

"We will have a random drawing for PSL owners for the Super Bowl. A third party will do that drawing for us, and the number of times you are entered is determined by how many tickets you have times the number of years you have had tickets. We have not been given a number, so I am not sure how many tickets we have been allotted.

 

After the drawing you could potentially win the opportunity to buy two Super Bowl tickets- just tickets, no travel packages, but if you win we will send out information on the official travel agent for the Panthers. Just keep an eye out on your mail for a letter letting you know if you’ve won. If you have any other questions please let me know!"
