The guys who wanted to trade were actually the Cam nut huggers who thought we would never maximize his potential and wanted us to trade him to a team with better offensive talent where he could flourish under an OC who really knew how to use him.

Yeah, there were those guys too.  But those aren't the ones I'm talking about.

The ones I'm talking about are the ones that ate up whatever any casual fan or ESPN fed them and they wanted to trade him because they still thought he was an immature bust that wasn't a leader and would never be a franchise QB and wanted to cut ties and get what we could before his trade worth bottomed out.  Trust me, that poo was still going on around here at that time and I remember it very vividly.

As sad as it is, many of our own fanbase weren't finally sold on Cam until after those MNF Pats, 49ers, Dolphins and Saints 4th quarter comeback wins.  Not gonna call any names but they know who they are.

All the Cam Defenders...those who's stood by him since the beginning...we made it!

Lol, it's been a great year. Hopefully we end it by making the super bowl, and winning it!

Yup

Just think all the great opportunities his many haterz missed by defending him in the past.

Now those are the people you hear say, "I never liked Cam when he first got here, cause he really couldn't walk on water (he was good, but not perfect)". Adding; "Well now that he does. You know (dumbstruck face), I like him!?" SMH/LOL

Yup Yup Yup

Didn't like Cam, until he had a season like this.

They couldn't see the talent (or didn't want to), and only looked at wins, completions, and missed throws instead of the actual talent, games, and what was around him.

Just one of the weirdest things, quite honestly.

God, I'm just remembering the amount of dumbass threads we had for Cam missing a throw.

No it's funny.

Cause I've heard some Panthers fans say, they didn't like Cam until this season. You know you hear this. Right?

So I asked myself: "Wait a minute! So it took a one loss season for you to like him"!?

"You mean a Rookie Of The Year, 2 Probowls, a 12 win season, playoff's in an injury riddled/talent depleted year, and his total (but developing) package as a QB weren't enough his first 4 seasons for you, you all to like him!?"

These must be the same people who bitch about the 3 passes Cam missed during a 22-25 win (no matter what the reason or lack of sole culpability on Cam's part)?

Just incredible standards!
