Are you a real Carolina fan, or a 2016 Carolina fan?

I fully believed DeShaun Foster was the future of this franchise and Stephen Davis was just preventing him from becoming the #1 back in the League.

DeShaun Foster's first run against Washington in the preseason made him look like he would dominate. The injury in his 2nd season slowed him down, and he never was the same. He did have fumbling issues too. Carried the ball away from his body.

Biakabatuka was the greatest RB there never was. Had all the talent in the world. Damn shame

I believe Timmy would have been one of the best. I put him along side Bo Jackson. RBs who never got to see their full NFL potential due to injuries. Timmy would always come back from his injury and destroy a team for 3 quarters on 10 rushes for 150 yards and 3 TDs only to get injured again in the 4th quarter.

Patrick Jeffers never realized his potential due to injury.

If you think about it Seifert started off well, but everyone got injured and it led to the decline.

That 1999 offense was nice; Steve Beuerlein, Tim Biakabatuka, William Floyd, Wesley Walls, Patrick Jeffers, and Muhsin Muhammad. Come the 2001 season, injuries took their toll on several of them.

And I still believe the Panthers had a star on their team in Dameyune Craig, but went with Weinke because he was a true pocket passer. The mobile QB was frowned upon back then, but Craig would have been right up there with Russell Wilson if given the chance. He looked 10 times better than Kurt Warner or Brad Johnson who both went on to win Super Bowls. Unfortunately, Craig was about 15 years too early.

If a fan can tell you about Sean Gilbert, then you know they are a true fan!

I paid cash money to see Vinny Testaverde lace 'em up for an epic battle against Atlanta's Joey Harrington at BOA.  I'm not proud.

Oh man, I might have you beat on the pathetic factor

I've only been to one home game, ponied up the cash to make the trip to Charlotte for the weekend, got about 5th row seats behind the tunnel the team comes out of, only for it to end up being Jimmy Clausen's first career start, a loss in the pouring rain against the Bengals.

But I think my first ever Panthers game makes up for that disaster as it was I believe 2005 in Arizona (I went to UofA so was a short drive for me) and we had a great 4th quarter comeback to win the game.  Had 4th row seats behind the bench and on his way back to the sideline after scoring the go ahead TD with a few minutes left, Smitty was taunting the Cardinals fan right in front of me heckling him, it was outstanding!!

I have a Wesley Walls body pillow that I've slept  with every night since my wife left back in '98.  B_tch wanted me to stop getting shitfaced drunk every night and asking her to call me Kerry.  Well I sure showed her - 17 years later I'm happily single and I'm knocking back more shots of Evan Williams a night than I ever did when she was holding me back.  (THAT'S RIGHT, RITA, I KEEP POUNDING)
