Make some sort of sign on a sheet of plastic that can be rolled into a megaphone. 

A  2 ft x 2 ft sheet of vinyl with "GO PANTHERS!" written on it would roll nicely into a megaphone and have good acoustic qualities.

I dig the keep pounding chant. It seems to me that it would be twice as loud if everyone chanted each part instead of taking turns across the stadium.
