The Falcons game

the greatest

If the o-line blocks well, and Jake throws multiple INTs, then he's done imo. I would start Moore or Feeley for the rest of the season. If the team quits on Jake and he remains the starter, then things will become embarrassing imo. The other players will only watch so many dead ducks wobble through the air before they start to half-ass it.

Here's the question - what will be deemed acceptable by Delhomme this weekend? A Panther win and a few TD's with no INT's? A Panther win, but Jake plays average (1TD, 1INT for example)? Or maybe a bad game but Panthers still manage a win - does that win cure all ills? Or what if Jake has a very good game, but we lose anyway?

I'm just curious what folks determine to be an acceptable performance that will allow the following week to pass without the same QB concerns....or maybe it doesn't matter how he does, maybe you're too far gone already.....

If Jake plays average, I'll get off his back. 1 INT 1 TD is fine with me as long as we are still competitive in the game. But really it's on the O-line and coaches to step up, we all know what Jake needs to do.

We'll never know if Matt Moore is Chris Weinke or a hidden jem until he actually starts some...we may never know if he stays on this team and doesn't get resigned though...

It would piss me off to see him being a superstar with the broncos next year though......
