anthropomorphizing something means making it human or humanlike. for instance the lion in chronicles of narnia is anthropomorphized, because even though it's not human it talks and acts like a human. sir purr is anthropomorphized because he's a cat but does human stuff. the berenstain bears were anthropomorphized.

the B-average treasurer you knew in high school was human and therefore cannot be anthropomorphized... because he's already anthropos

i wonder where she got her journalism degree

Unless she considers "accountants" and working class schlubs animals that are below her concern?

That could be an explanation, right?

Bet you anything she originally typed embodies, then paused and said "hmm," and copy pasted emobody into thesaurus.com

Probably been said, but TJ Maxx probably has Panthers gear for like $5/shirt.  But it sounds like this chick has a problem with big business, generally.  She just needs to go ahead and move to Mississippi, Maine, or Rhode Island; you know, some state with little relevance to sports.  Or just move to fuging Mexico City and pray pray pray for the day that you can return to the U.S. and have to worry about dressing your kid in team sportswear.
